Q. What time is check in?

A. The beauty of being a boutique operation is that your check-in is tailored to your individual needs prior to arrival. Our booking manager will work with you on this as you finalize your stay.

Q. Can I bring pets?

A. We do allow pets, our furry friends deserve to relax by the beach, too! We just require a flat, non-refundable fee of $450.00 per pet. We also have a small pet area with a waste station and there are plenty of places for animals to exercise around the complex. Though we are pet-friendly, we discourage any untrained pets or pets with separation anxiety from staying in our suites; this is to keep the integrity of the decor as well as to keep the noise at a minimum in the complex. 

Q. Is there a maximum number of people that can stay?

A. Aside from the number of guests that can be comfortably accommodated in any given unit, we do not allow more than 8 guests total in any unit at any given time. There are some exceptions, we can work with you on this. Our premium luxury accommodations are meant for refreshing vacations and therefore we work hard to keep both the noise level and parking needs to a minimum in order for all guests, both short and long term, to enjoy their time peacefully at Sea Cliff. 

Q. Where do we park?

A. Each unit comes with one designated parking space. We have a few first come, first serve 2-hour guest parking spaces. Additional private spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis for a small fee. Please inquire for details.

Q. Can I cancel a reservation?

A. You may cancel your reservation at anytime, however, refunds are issued according to the following schedule:

  1. Full refund if cancelled more than 60 days prior to your check in date
  2. 50% if cancelled 8 weeks or 60 days prior to the Check-In Date
  3. No refund if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-In Date
